    • Under no circumstance are tickets refundable. Please read through all terms and event details before purchasing tickets.

 

    • To ensure the safety and security of all our attendees, you may be searched on entry.

 

    • There will be no re-entry to this event. This is for safety and security.

 

    • Children under 2 years – Please note, proof of age may be asked for child. Passport, Birth certificate or Child’s red book will qualify.

 

    • Child tickets are for children aged 3 years – 16 years. Again ID may be asked on entry. Passport, Birth certificate or 16 and under Oyster card will qualify.

 

    • Adult tickets are for anyone aged 17 and over.

 

    • Please note that all legal professionals at the event cannot take on any specific case. They will be at the event to offer guidance and education about structures and policies within the legal system. Specifically family law.

 

    • Please note that all child professional services at the event cannot take on any specific case. They will be at the event to offer guidance and education about structures and policies within the child support system.

 

    • Please note that all Mental health and well being professionals at the event cannot take on any specific case. They will be at the event to offer guidance and education about mental health and well being .

 

    • Please note that all Financial or debt recovery professionals at the event cannot take on any specific case. They will be at the event to offer guidance and education about financial management and debt recovery.

 

    • Please note that all Recruitment professionals at the event cannot take on any specific case. They will be at the event to offer guidance and education about recruitment and the tools required to get employed.

 

    • There will be no smoking at this event.

 

    • No food or drink will be allowed to be brought onsite. Food and drink will be sold at the event.

 

    • Tickets can only be purchased through Eventbrite.

 

    • Under no circumstances will any SUBD member of staff or attendees of the event accept any misbehaviour, verbal or physical abuse. If for any reason these are not followed, the person/s will be removed from the event and possibly handed over to the police and prosecuted.

 

    • TMRW and SUBD operate a zero drugs policy at this event. Any suspected will be questioned and possibly removed from the event. Anyone found with drugs may be handed over to the police.

 

    • SUBD do reserve the right to refuse entry to any attendee (even if they have bought a ticket) at their discretion.
